Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, overlooking a beautiful garden, but they felt old and outdated, lacking renovation. The service was excellent, with friendly staff accommodating our needs. The location was a bit far from the town center, yet well-maintained for a rainforest setting. The dining options were average, offering limited choices. The facilities were decent but could use some enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was wonderful, feeling like I was in the middle of the jungle, and it was close to the three borders. However, the service was a bit of a letdown, especially with the decor, food, and AC not meeting expectations during the three nights. The dining experience was good, with plenty of sweet treats and fruits to enjoy, while the rooms lacked additional outlets and needed maintenance.
The hotel is situated in a lovely location amidst pleasant gardens, great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are of average quality, nothing particularly special, and could benefit from renovation. The service provided by the professional and friendly staff was commendable. The dining options were basic but sufficient. The overall value for the price paid is acceptable.
The hotel location was convenient for visiting the city and the 3 border point. The rooms needed a makeover but were quiet despite being a bit tired. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable. The dining experience was decent, offering edible options. The grounds were manicured well, adding to the ambiance.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were really large and quite, but the lack of a personal air conditioning unit made it a bit challenging to stay cool. The bed, however, was actually comfortable. The service was a mix; some staff members were really nice to customers, while others seemed not very warm or hospitable. The location was convenient, being just a couple of minutes away from the ferry arriving from the Paraguayan side, great for visiting the city and the Three Border Point. Dining was decent with a good amount of choice, apart from fresh fruit.
